Sunny outside .....

This last week it was a busy one for sure!!! Our oldest daughter turned 21 and so we went with her to have dinner and it was great!!! The loss of a sweet 15 year old was tough we had her celebration of life this last Tuesday and the weather turn very cold and we got about four more inches of snow as well. I love the snow it is beautiful. On the Black Hills I love it to look out the back door of our house and see the trees all white with snow and the beauty that God has!!!!!

I love this time of year as well---lambing time , calving time as well so I have decided to try and hatch some chicks this spring first at home and then at I will do it in out preschool as well. I am soooo excited!!! When it is cold out our Kloe mini lop bunny comes in and she is so sweet !!!

I have lots of project to get started as well I need to get busy but this weekend my time was full of our grandson River coming to play!!!

I also wanted to mention that I was part of a seed swap and I received mine in the mail on Friday from GS from Iowa and I am so excited to try them and get them planted!!!!

He loved us First.....

As the snow is falling so lightly outside today and as it builds and gets colder as the day is to go on. The heart of many today is heavy of a loss of a sweet fifteen year old young lady. Aubrey was diagnosed with brain cancer about a year and half ago and she ran the best race ever---she went to be with Jesus on Friday and out hearts are sad of the loss. There are many things that comes to my heart as I was trying to get this out yesterday and I ended up losing it three time and so I have took some time to think of somethings this morning as the house is quite and I can do so pondering... The first thing is this with all of the blessings that I have in life my children my LOVE of MY LIFE Jesus and my hubby Dan as well. Jesus has be a special part of my life as I got older and raising my children to know HIM and to LOVE HIM is a great reward when our youngest daughter came home from school on Friday and we told her of Aubrey's passing she was like"mom you know she is dancing in heaven and jumping for joy" I thought wow this young thirteen year girl has a heart that as a mom I love and very proud of!


The verse that come to mind is the John 3:16 For God so the world that He gave.....His only begotten Son,that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have eternal life. As I keep thinking of t his this morning and knowing that my children know Jesus and I am so thankful for that! That love that so awesome He loved us first!!!! Like Aubrey loved Jesus with all of her heart. We love all things of HIM!!!! So please BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART THAT JESUS IS THE LORD OR LORD AND KING OF KINGS TOO!



I have been so blessed with people in my life the first people are my family of course I have two wonderful loving daughters and two heart felt sons. Dan is love of my life ...my dear hubby of almost 11 years.



Then there is some that are so special ....children that I come in contact with every day at work..if you knew how special you are to me!!!! The other thing is this the special women in my life Nancy Landry who is a tatter friend who has blessed me with a shared talent of tatting(needle) and she sent me this awesome hankie that has the most awesome tatted corners in a "sweetheart" pattern and then the edge is crocheted with some tatting on the chains!!!! The the other women that have such blessed me are some special farm girl Melissa sent me some pick me ups to chase the winter blues away and then there is Annie a dear sweet Framgirl friend that lives sooo close but can't seem to get together...as the snow keeps falling....

Tatting I am working on some edging with bunnies I love this patterns that to another tatter friend!!!

School projects lots of fun things with Groundhogs day, Chinese New Year, to Valentines Day, Presidents Day lots of things and not enough time it seems like it was fun to get outside and enjoy some sixty degree weather as well!!!! Went and seen OOey Gooey Lady in January and wow it was fun check her out we did lots of gross and fun projects from her teachings too!!! We got a new fish tank in our class and our kids love our fish we have three fish and a small frog in there too!!!

WOW where did the time go.....

Here It the 2nd of February man has time flew by I have lots to share too.

It sure has been cold here as it has all over the US!!!! The last two days have been sort of nice to be able to know that school was started late and I could get up and be quite as a mouse and get ready and off to work and my daughter getting herself up and to school on time with the help of her daddy!!! On that note I have been so blessed by my Heavenly Father lately just the beauty of all things nice and white from frosted trees and landscape the last few days. As sitting in church one Sunday and pastor was talking about BELIEVING and how things are all possible if you BELIEVE and the first thing that came to mind was Polar Express..
Just BELIEVE with your heart and that is what we all need to do is BELIEVE with our heart that Jesus is the one who died for you and me and HE will make all things possible!

Just last weekend I got spend some wonderful time with my grand babies my granddaughter Mikka turned one and that is so hard to believe she is such a joy and I love her soooo much!!! She had a hippy--go figure theme birthday party and she was soooo sweet!!!

Speaking of grandchildren River is just a couple days short of being six months and has had cold but getting lots better!!!!Praise God!

On my note yep tatting some new things this year with my dear tatter friend Nancy I am a little behind I have been soooo busy that I cant keep us I need a REAL SNOW DAY a day that everyone stays in bed or out of my way so that I can get some MY things done LOL!

It is TIAS (tat as you see) part of the patten is released very couple of days and you tat it and see what you come up with !!!! Thanks to Nancy she long hands it. I have been working on some fun needle punching as well!!!

Something new and something FUN!

I also wanted to mention that my dear Amish friend is co-authoring in a book called Plain Wisdom and it is due out in March and I am so excited I can wait !!! Take a look at her website here if you have not read any of Cindy's books PLEASE do they are awesome!
